Scaleport SEO provides contractor marketing tools including SEO-optimized website generation, CRM pipeline management, and automated review request systems. By subscribing, you gain access to these tools for the duration of your active subscription.
2. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. No setup fees apply during active promotional periods.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (business info, photos, logos, service descriptions). By using our platform, you grant us a license to display this content on the website we generate for you and in marketing materials directly related to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Scaleport only for lawful purposes related to promoting your contracting business. You may not use the platform to send spam, collect data from other users, or interfere with the operation of our services.
5. Generated Websites
Websites generated through Scaleport are hosted on our infrastructure. While your subscription is active, your site remains live. If you cancel, your website will be taken offline at the end of your billing period. You may export your content at any time by contacting support.
6. Review System
Our automated review system sends email requests to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact the individuals whose information you enter into the CRM. We route reviews based on star rating — 5-star reviews are directed to Google, while lower ratings are directed to a private feedback form.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scaleport provides marketing tools and does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, and your business operations. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
