When you use Scaleport, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interactions with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including generating your contractor website, managing your CRM pipeline, sending review request emails on your behalf, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Twilio for SMS messaging, Vercel for hosting, and Supabase for database and authentication. Each provider has their own privacy policies governing data they process on our behalf.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through Scaleport — whether on our own forms, on contractor websites we host, or on landing pages we operate — you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Scaleport. These messages may include:

  • Booking lifecycle: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (typically at 24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours, 1 hour, and 5 minutes before the appointment), no-show recovery, and booking follow-ups.
  • Customer onboarding (if you create an account): account-setup nudges and product walkthroughs.
  • Sales follow-ups and re-engagement: outbound messages from our sales team or our AI-assisted sales assistant, including responses to your inquiries, requests for information about our services, and periodic check-ins if you previously expressed interest in Scaleport.

Some of these messages are generated by an automated AI system. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically 1–10 messages per booking, and up to 5 messages per outbound sales cadence (sent over several days). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@scaleportseo.com with any SMS-related questions. Opting out of SMS will not affect your account or any active booking — we will switch to email for any time-sensitive updates.

We do not sell, share, or rent phone numbers to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages described above.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics to understand how our marketing pages are used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow reactivation, after which it will be deleted.
